VolunteerVolunteer applications are now closed, but you can still help get the word out or prepare the route with shoreline cleanup.
Thanks for the amazing turnout! Many volunteered, people who are passionate about water and who are committed to fostering right relationships to help us bring this special event to the greater Toronto community. They are in the midst of training for their tasks.
We still have two important roles that are needed before the walk, 1) getting the word out and 2) prepping the route. Can you help?

The Great Lakes Water Walk has partnered with Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup and Park People to clean up and care for the shoreline all along the route of our upcoming water walk on Sunday, September 24! Not only will you help prep for the walk on Sunday but it’s a way to celebrate World Rivers Day as well (also on September 24).
You can help on Friday or Saturday, September 22 or 23. Please volunteer to pick up the trash that is polluting and damaging the shoreline. Click one of the four links below. More are coming; stay tuned!
